Waterfall High-Rise

With it's completion in 1970, Waterfall High-Rise is celebrating over 45 years of operation.  This 10 story building is the tallest of all of EHA's properties and houses a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.  Along with a total of 127 apartments, Waterfall High-Rise offers open balconies on floors 2-10 and a community center ideally suited for birthday celebrations and community meetings.  Property management offices, laundry and vending are located on the first floor.  Not only does Waterfall offer close proximity to a host of retail options, it is centrally located to Elkhart's Riverwalk and the NIBCO Water & Ice Park.  For resident safety, Waterfall High-Rise is a secure building.  All residents are issued a magnetic key to access the building.
